MEET THE TEAM
Danish, born and bred, Poul has been living in America since 1995 with his English wife, Dee. They settled in Raleigh, North Carolina where their son, Sebastian, was born in '95, (the same year that the Carolina Panthers were founded) followed by their daughter, Louise, in '97 (the same year that the Carolina Hurricanes were founded).
Poul has been a Director in both the non-profit and private sectors for over 25 years.
He has interviewed more than 1,000 candidates resulting in hiring over 100 Directors, Managers, and Specialists (many with PhDs).
What does all this mean? He's learned from his mistakes. He knows the different steps needed for him to work together with the company to hire the right person for the job - not just a warm body.
This experience has also taught him the skills necessary to get to the core of what people are all about after a few interviews.
HEAD OF MARKETING
Amber has served in marketing roles in the non-profit and private sectors for more than a decade.
She met Poul when he hired her for his organization where she worked for 5 years and continues to do contract work for them to this day.
Her skills will be an asset to Lindegaard Recruiting customers because she can find the right channels and networks online in order to find your perfect applicant.
